Who we are

What data we collect
When you fill in our booking form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name and email address
- Travel destination, dates and group size
- Budget, accommodation and travel style preferences
- Food preferences and dietary requirements
- Activities and interests
- Any accessibility or mobility requirements you choose to share
- Ages of children travelling in your group
- Any other details you provide in free-text fields
We do not collect payment information — all payments are handled directly by Stripe.
Why we collect it
We use your information solely to research and build your personalised travel plan. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not profile you for advertising purposes.
How we store it
Your form responses are collected via Tally and transferred to our internal planning system (Notion). Both platforms are GDPR-compliant. We retain your data for up to 12 months after your trip date, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data. The only third-party platforms that process your data as part of our service are:
- Tally — form collection (tally.so/privacy)
- Notion — internal workflow (notion.so/privacy)
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which makes a request to Google's servers when you visit. No personal data is stored in cookies on this website.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email us at hello@planningyours.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
