Who we are

The service
We provide personalised travel planning documents — itineraries, restaurant recommendations, booking guides, hotel suggestions, flight intelligence and local tips — delivered digitally to your email address. We are a planning service, not a travel agent. We do not make bookings on your behalf.
Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of booking. Full payment is required before we begin work.
Delivery
Your plan will be delivered to the email address provided in your booking form within 24 hours of confirmed payment — usually sooner. If you don't receive it within the stated timeframe, email hello@planningyours.co.uk.
Revisions

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving your plan by replying to your delivery email.
Refunds
As travel plans are a bespoke digital service, we do not offer refunds once work has begun (typically within 1–2 hours of payment). If you contact us within 1 hour of payment before work starts, we'll issue a full refund. If you're unhappy with your plan, email us — we'll always try to resolve it.
Accuracy of recommendations
We research all recommendations in good faith at the time of writing. We are not responsible for changes to opening hours, prices or availability after delivery, or for any bookings made based on our recommendations. We recommend verifying key bookings directly with venues before your trip.
Intellectual property
Your travel plan is for your personal use only. You're welcome to share it with your travelling party, but you may not resell, reproduce, publish or commercially distribute it.
